Crystal is the owner and visionary behind Honey Girl, dedicated to creating a salon experience that feels equal parts elevated, welcoming, and community-centered. With a passion for beauty and connection, she has built Honeygirl into a space where clients can feel confident, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Crystal loves cultivating a supportive environment for both her team and guests, always striving to make the salon feel like a second home.

MANAGER + STYLIST

Tosha, or simply Tosh, is the manager and stylist at Honeygirl, bringing 20 years of salon experience to her dynamic role. A graduate of R.G. Drage Career Center for Cosmetology and Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned her bachelor's in psychology, Tosha blends her extensive knowledge of beauty with a deep understanding of her clients' needs.

Tosha has been with Honeygirl for over five years and is passionate about creating beautiful styles while cultivating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outside the salon, she is a proud momma of five dedicated to her family. She loves spending time in her garden (complete with chickens!) and finding inspiration in nature and through self-care. With her expertise and nurturing spirit, Tosha is committed to making every client feel their best.

BUSINESS MANAGER

Danielle Woody is the business manager at Honeygirl, helping ensure every part of the salon experience runs smoothly for both clients and the team. Since joining Honeygirl in April 2026, Danielle has brought organization, positivity, and a genuine love for people into her role. She is passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Outside of the salon, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and beautiful baby girl, playing softball and volleyball, and cheering on her favorite teams at baseball games.

STYLIST

Jessica Andrade is a stylist at Honeygirl with 17 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of Gerber Akron Beauty School, Jessica is passionate about helping clients feel beautiful and confident while building meaningful relationships behind the chair. She joined the Honeygirl team in May 2026 and brings both warmth and experience to every appointment. Jessica is also a proud mom of three and speaks Spanish, allowing her to connect with a wide range of clients. Outside the salon, she loves spending quality time with her family and making lasting memories with the people she loves most.

STYLIST

Kylie Kay is a stylist at Honeygirl whose creative spirit and passion for beauty have always guided her back to the salon industry. A graduate of Nationwide Beauty Academy in Hilliard, Ohio, Kylie first began doing hair in 2014 before exploring other career paths — all while keeping her cosmetology license active, knowing beauty would always remain part of her journey. In addition to being a stylist, Kylie also works as a flight attendant, bringing her adventurous personality and vibrant energy wherever she goes. She joined Honeygirl in May 2026 and loves connecting with clients while helping them feel confident and refreshed. Outside the salon, Kylie enjoys church and Bible study, hot yoga, traveling, writing poetry, binge-watching movies and real estate shows, and embracing a healthy lifestyle — with plenty of naps in between.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Natalie is a client experience coordinator at Honeygirl who loves creating a welcoming and positive environment for every guest, Natalie joined the Honeygirl team in 2025 and quickly became known for her warm personality and caring nature. She is a proud mom of two beautiful girls and values spending quality time with her family. Outside of the salon, Natalie enjoys reading, gaming, and going for walks. With her friendly spirit and genuine care for others, she helps ensure every client feels comfortable and appreciated during their visit.

Ali Reed is part of the client experience team at Honeygirl, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through the door. With a friendly personality and passion for hospitality, Ali loves making clients feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home during their salon visit. Her positive energy and attention to detail help make each Honeygirl experience memorable.
